Weekly Menu: December 13th-19th

Well, I apologize I didn’t get this week’s menu up on Monday like usual. I wasn’t feeling well, but I’m much better today! Without any further ado, here’s this week’s menu! As usual, a few notes before we get started: Breakfast is not included in the menu, because in our house it is fend-for-yourself. Snacks are also not on the menu, but my kids do get a Read More

Today begins a new weekly feature on the blog… our menu! When I have posted in the past about how we live on $650/month and our low low grocery expenses, I got inundated with questions: What do you eat? Where do you shop? Is it healthy? So I wanted to go into more detail about what exactly we are eating each week, so you can see just how it breaks down. *Now, I want to preface this by saying – I don’t want any negative feedback here. If you want to comment about how you think we could eat better, then no thanks. I think Read More
