But how do we turn an educational television show into a full-on science curriculum? I’m here to share how we did it in our home! I was able to find some great worksheets to go with the episodes (credit to them here), but figuring out how to actually turn it into a curriculum was a big hot mess. I spent a lot of hours compiling and organizing everything and writing lesson plans Read More
Advent is a ✨magical✨ time in our house. We plan our whole homeschool year around this season, so that we can really enjoy the majesty of God’s love and grace. We used to do the Lowe’s Build & Grow workshops with Connor when we lived in Tennessee, and I really missed it during our time overseas. If you don’t know about it, it’s awesome! You just sign up online, head to the store at the right time, and your kids get to build something for FREE! They get an apron, some goggles, the project, and a certificate to take home. They also get a patch for each project completed! In September, we built binoculars and fire trucks. And did I mention it’s FREE?!? You can sign up at http://lowesbuildandgrow.com/!
